Remedia is designed around a simple idea: before forming an opinion about a story, it helps to understand what the story actually says.
Our systems collect publicly available information, analyze it and connect related pieces of evidence. The result is a shorter, clearer view of a topic — without requiring you to open twenty different tabs.
1. We find the information
Remedia monitors publicly available information from news sites and other sources.
When an important story appears, we can collect the relevant material and identify related reporting, claims and sources.
We don't treat every source as equally reliable. The origin of a claim matters, as does the evidence supporting it.
2. We strip away the noise
Online articles often contain much more than the information you actually came to read: advertisements, pop-ups, tracking elements, recommendations and other distractions.
Remedia can extract the meaningful content and present it in a cleaner environment.

3. AI analyzes the material
AI helps Remedia process information at a scale that would be difficult to handle manually.

4. We look for evidence
For claim reviews, Remedia focuses on the specific claim rather than the political identity of the person making it.
We look for supporting evidence, contradictory evidence, primary sources and independent reporting where available.
A result may be supported, misleading, unsupported, false, or uncertain — depending on what the evidence actually shows.
Sometimes the correct conclusion is that there isn't enough information to reach a reliable conclusion.
5. We connect the dots

Remedia can connect related articles, claims, people, events and sources to provide a broader picture.
This helps answer questions that a headline alone cannot:
