The problem
Answering misinformation in comments takes a lot of time, and a bad answer often just fuels the argument.
Three steps
1 Open the reply box
On Facebook click “Reply” under a comment and wait for the writing box to open. The extension never opens it by itself, so it can't answer the wrong comment.
2 Right-click in the box, “💬 Generate response”
Right-click inside the open box and pick “💬 Generate response” (the menu item is labelled in English). The extension reads the comment, the comment you are replying to and the post, and sends them to Remedia. The suggestion arrives in a few seconds.
3 Review, edit, post
The suggestion is written into the box. It is written in your style (from your earlier Remedia texts, if you have any) and, where one exists, points to a Remedia fact-check. You edit it and post it yourself, and afterwards you can rate whether it was good.
The pictures were taken by the real extension on an invented page with invented names and comments. The reply and summary texts in the example are sample text, not the work of a real AI.

Availability
Beta. Works for signed-in accounts we have approved and spends credits from the package that comes with your invitation (regenerating for the same comment is free the first time). At most 15 suggestions an hour and 60 a day. On Firefox for Android the option is offered from the floating button when the cursor is in a writing field.
Frequently asked questions
- Will a reply always be written?
- No. If the comment is only an insult or provocation with no factual claim, a threat, or a claim that can't be checked, Remedia writes no reply and says why in one sentence.
- Can a reply be posted without me seeing it?
- No. The extension posts nothing. It only writes the text into a box you opened yourself.
- What is sent to Remedia?
- The text of the comment, of the comment you are replying to, of the post and the article's title, when the extension finds them. It is sent only when you pick the menu item.
